History: ​

Terumi Mizuno was born in the Hidden Mist Village as the younger brother of the current Mizukage. He was sickly as a young child, hampering his ability to learn ninja techniques; as a result, he is 19 and has just achieved the rank of Chuunin. He does not have a great deal of experience with elemental ninjutsu, so it is unclear if he will have any of his sister's abilities.

Though Mizuno has only recently become a Chuunin, his reputation as a quick-learner preceded him, and he has earned the nickname "Arcanus" due to the mask he wears and wishes to pursue medical ninjutsu at some point in his career.

He readily denonces his relationship with his sister, due to her obvious superiority, but cares for her very deeply and wishes to become a member of her personal guard.
