Not anyone can have a machine gun. Even to own a handgun you need to go through tests, be elegible (mentally etc.) so you can get a special license to carry the firearm.

I'm gonna put my tin foil hat on but i think there's more to this than just a lunatic or two. It all looks planned.

Machine guns should be completely illegal, procedures or not... Why would u need one anyway ffs, unless ur going to shot 100s of people up that is.

No offense but what is the obsession with weapons over there, let hand guns be the only weapon acquired by citizens via procedures and thats it, why would a country hand out its citizens rifles, machine guns etc is literally beyond me... Maybe I just dont get it.
