Isis doesn't have the capacity to declare war, especially at countries that are not in their region. So far, they control minor parts of Syria, Iraq and Libya. Unless they have support in China to do their biddings, all they can do at this point is chitchat. And China is an aggressive nation, and placed a ban on Muslims from fasting Ramadan. Don't think they would sit down for it.

But let's not forget that China supported the Assad regime, which is one of the reasons why Isis exists. They'll be paying back for their involvement.

India is non-stabilized nation, with domestic issues, +100 million Muslims, and constant aggression with Pakistan - home to Islamic extremists. They'll need to tighten security.

And Isis already said it before that they will use Libya to invade Europe. So far, nothing happened.

Actually, if western counties supported Assad instead of radicals from so called "Free Syrian Army" probably we wouldnt have any problems with ISIS. Assad may be a dictator, but he kept muslim zealots in check. In his country even christians could freely cultivate their religion and women were treated like humans, not second-rate humans. I laugh when western countries say about Assad regime, when at the same time they are allied with Saudi Arabia, a state that is ten times more opressive than Syria ever was.
