TEO's Tier List: 2014- Summer

You have Naruto and Sasuke in the same tier as Hagoromo and Madara. Hagoromo created the moon on his deathbed, and Madara used a Jutsu on a planet scale, yet you have those 2 in the same tier. BM Naruto is above Kabuto who can summon deadly Edo Tensie. Too many flaws to list.

- Just because they are on the same tier it doesn't mean they are as strong/skilled as them
- BM Naruto oneshots Kabuto before he could summon his ET army

The tablets written by Hagoromo said that he created the moon. Black Zetsu, Kaguya's will said that Hagoromo created the moon.

my bigger issues out of the relevant tiers are as follows:

Tier 1
- Only Madara and Hagoromo should be on this tier, primarily because Kaguya's power is the only one whose individual power rivaled theirs'. The only exception that can possibly be made is Naruto.

Tier 3
- Hiruzen doesn't belong here at all. Hype by itself isn't a good enough reason, when his feats doesn't warrant it.

- War Arc Obito doesn't belong here either, primarily because he got mopped all over his own dimension by a Kakashi with only 1 Sharingan.

Tier 5
- MS Sasuke does not belong in the same tier as Sandaime Raikage or a SZ controlled Yamato whatsoever. And he certainly doesn't belong on a higher tier than Tobirama, Muu, Ei, or Onoki. Neither does Danzo.

- The only version of Itachi that belongs that high up is his Edo version.

1. I guess you have a point
2. I know, that's why his real place is in Kage tier. Meh, he belongs here. Kakashi wasn't alone.
3. Hmm, now that I think about it, I guess I should move him higher, considering he has the potential to oneshot most of them.
