Naruto Shippuuden Tier List: 2014 Summer

- No order/ tier
- Everyone is in their base/ current form, unless stated otherwise
- most featless characters like Ashura, Indra, Izuna, etc. aren't included
- this list is based on overall power and abilities ( hype + feats )
- I'll try to avoid using multiple versions of a character, so don't ask me to add characters like SRA Choji or mid war arc Tenten [ the main characters are exceptions ]
- No ET characters such as BM Minato or Edo Madara/ Hashirama
- just because I put a character to tier 'X' it doesn't mean a character from a lower tier can't beat him. Like I said, this tier is based on overall abilities

Recent chapter shows Sakura's speed feat.

We clearly see that Sakura was able to move a short distance before the hand could reach her melee range. The hands are faster than her, but not by much. So Sakura has recently shown that her mental reactions can keep up with the speed of a god tier, but also her physical movement speed isn't far behind Kaguya's.

There is 0 evidence that Tsunade could do the same. So conclusively, Sakura would blitz the living hell out of Tsunade.

You do realize that the hand is way faster than her, It was about to snatch her before she even touched the ground after that short jump she did.

Kaguya has been flying for most of her appearance so you can't compare her speed to Sakura because there isn't enough evidence of this.

Her reactions have improved significantly though. Anyway, i'd like to see a Viz Scan of this page just to make sure.

That wasn't my point.
Sakura saw the hand coming at her, when Tsunade didn't. And they both were able to travel the same distance in a very short time.

You have Naruto and Sasuke in the same tier as Hagoromo and Madara. Hagoromo created the moon on his deathbed, and Madara used a Jutsu on a planet scale, yet you have those 2 in the same tier. BM Naruto is above Kabuto who can summon deadly Edo Tensie. Too many flaws to list.
