*creates a lightning field around myself* a pro is this can be a fairly effective shield for your blindspot, while a con is it's a short range jutsu, meaning that in order to hurt my opponent, I'd have to get in close and if they're any good they'd see the lightning field and avoid letting me get close enough.
Wonderfully done. I believe this could be a very helpful jutsu against someone doing Taijutsu.

*I force my chakra into my hand, creating a dense pool of lightning. then i send the lightning through the puddle in front of me. then, I create a simmilar pool of lightning, but this time I clench my hand into a fist and as the lightning ripples through my hand from my palm to the surface of fist, I smash my fist into a nearby rock, releasing my stored up lightning.*
Nicely done. Remember that this jutsu has two functions, but is also best used with water at the same time.

Let us move on. This next jutsu is a little like the shields above, but stronger. Once again, concentrate your chakra to create a Raiton Shield around you. Make sure to add a lot of chakra to make the Shield thick and strong. I want my clone to be destroyed when it touches the Shield in a few moments.
you got it, Sensei! and i'm sorry if there was some miscommunication, I'm right handed. *creates a lightning shield simmilar to the one I made before, but instead of sending out single strands of lightning from my pores, i send out at least three from each pore, using a lot of chakra to make each strand. i make my arms an 'X' in front of my chest* i think I'm ready. Bring it!

Nicely done. Remember that this jutsu can only be used once, but I believe it's great against Taijutsu as it can render them paralyzed.

We will now start focusing more on the elemental aspects of Lighting. Let's start by focusing your chakra into the air and into the clouds. Remember to send a lot of Raiton chakra. Once you have made the environment stormy (in a real battle, if it is already stormy, then there is no need to do this), then you can focus on bringing down Lightning strikes from the clouds you have hit with your Raiton chakra.

Brilliant! Lets try this. *i close my eyes so i can focus on sending the chakra out through my pores inot the atmosphere. my whole body feels cold and tingly. I bring my chakra together in the sky to form storm clouds. I open my eyes and point to the clouds above that I created, causing a small flash of light followed by a rumble of thunder. i whip my hand down to point at one of the nearby trees, bringing a bolt of lightning with it.* how was that? more? less? can I dissipate the coulds?
Yes, you can, but it will take more time, and I believe you would need Water or Lightning jutsu to get rid of the clouds.

This jutsu is really good for surprise attacks from the sky, and it might be best to do this when the environment is stormy from some other jutsu. It is also very accurate, giving an extra bonus.
Let us now move on to the next jutsu. Have you learned Water Jutsus yet, or no?
For this next jutsu, I want you to put your hands together and begin concentrating your chakra into both of them. When you have done enough, energy should begin crackling around you. Once you hear this, proceed to slam your hands upon the ground and send an electric current through it towards those trees -creates three trees-. Once your current reaches those trees, please separate it into different tendrils (again, by maintaining and splitting your chakra) and striking them all at once.
alrighty *claps hands together and starts rubbing them together* let's see what I can do. *i stop my hands from moving and focus lightning chakra into my palms. i force more and more chakra into my palms until I hear a crackling. i wait a second or two after I start hearing it just to be sure it's ready and slam my palms into the ground, releasing the lightning through the ground towards the trees. when the lightning gets about half a foot from the trees, i send more chakra yet into the stream of lightning and separate it off into tree branches, one hitting each tree.*
Yes. Remember to separate them all at once in order for the attack to hit full-strength all at one time.

We are now half-way through all the Raiton Jutsus.
Let us move on. Like the lightning jutsu earlier whereas you released your chakra into the air to control the clouds, do the same thing for this. However, add more Raiton chakra this time and turn the lightning bolts into pure energy. Direct more than one of these lightning bolts at multiple trees around us.
k. *I create the clouds like before, but with more chakra. I point up to the clouds, spinning my finger around to swirl the clouds, creating more friction in the clouds to make more lightning. then I bring down my whole hand, fingers spread out, taking five bolts with them. five unlucky tree's find themselves fried.* how's that?
