You died, the water wave, hint hint not a lake, comes out of my mouth at a fast speed, if your gonna take the time to make handseals and whatnot, the wave would hit you by now. Did you not see Kisame use this jutsu in the manga.

O__O well, I don't see how it's possible to complete a water/electrical jutsu in such short of a time...you use it, grab two kunai, then charge, then throw.
Four action time frame...enough time for me to escape into the air...
