The age old worst match-up ever.
Tenten VS Temari, but I'm going to make it fair.
Tenten has the elemental fan, and, can use it for twice as long as usual, and the wind is about 3/4 as strong as Temaris.
Location:Forest of Death
Restrictions: Katamari can be killed if he hits a ninja tool in a whirlwind.
Distance: Face to Face, Tongue to Tongue.
