Tenten should have been replaced by an elemental ninja

I think it would of been sick to have an elemental ninja instead of tenten because of tenten being useless. Due to all the clans in the leaf not many elemental ninja exist i think an elemental ninja would of been much more useful, hell imagine an elemental ninja that is a great kenjutsu learner.

I don't think it's that Tenten is useless, she just hasn't had much development shown or time to even show off her abilities. It's the same with a majority of characters I think, but I wouldn't like to see Tenten replaced. >.< But I agree, it would be really great to see maybe even a Kunoichi in Konoha 11 as a member who specializes in elemental powers!

I don't see how she makes the story richer at all. she was probably the weakest(at least in top 3) in the chunnin exmas. Termari destroyed her and she really doesn't offer anything special. I'd go as far to say that sasuke is better with tools just because of his sharingan and his intelligence, just look at his fight with itachi and his first one against orochimaru. She is lucky to be apart of a team with 2 of the strongest characters of k11. Neji is a genius, Lee is a Taijutsu specialist just like gai. I mean damn she passed out while fighting kisame, she's pretty much a drag on the rest of the team because she has nothing special to offer. She did get a sage fan but she needed it to be of any real use at all.

Saskue is the elemental ninja, Tenten needs a Yin seal to be powerful with the Sage weapon, but I highly doubt she'll ever get on seeing as how her chakra control isn't that great

I think her weapon techniques are cool; we don't know how good she is with weapons because of lack of screentime; but i don't think she would be lesser than Itachi or Sasuke in weaponary because of screentime. I am not saying i am sure though.
But instead of wielding regular ninja tools; she could be using something more specific for herself; a Chinese weapon like taijijian or wind and fire wheels. But Kishi gave him that sage's fan; i think it is cool.
She probably made into a girl with Chinese apperance and techniques; rest of her teammates(Neji, Lee, Gai) have Chinese references in their appearance and techniques too; i think she have been designed that way to keep the relation and references.
