TenTen isn't as bad as everyone thinks, at least on paper

Think about it; a shinobi that can unleash a hailstorm of knives, swords, mines, kunai, and much more. TenTen can effectively suffocate an area in ninja tools, as seen in her fight against her duplicate.

Now we all know that she is really a joke, but honestly on paper she sounds like she would be mid-Jonin level. And I'm being completely honest.
