if sakura injected steriods to bost her strength even more they might win but i think hinata n ten ten take it

Hinata and Tenten win.
Ino is useless since her mind trapping can be easily dodged. She'll be left unconscious and one of the two take her out. Then it'll be Hinata and Tenten vs. Sakura. Hinata and Sakura fist to fist fight while Tenten continuously throws all her weapons at her then Hinata blocks her Chakra path. Then they win.

Well, Personally, I'm not too sure who'd win. I mean.. If Sakura was about to hit Hinata, she could just do a rotation.. Buuuuuuttttttt, Sakura could punch the ground next to Hinata, make her distorted, and while she's recovering.. BAM right in the face xD..
While this is happening TenTen is fighting Ino, who'd get demolished because let's be honest.. Ino needs someone to stand still to use genjutsu, and Tenten isn't the type to just stand still, she's all over the place throwing scrolls left and right.
In my perfect little world :3 then Tenten vs. Sakura.. In my all biased opinion I'd say Tenten wins because she could just trap Sakura in smoke and just rain kunai down on her, killing her xD of course.. This is just what my perfect fight would be.

Relatively the same thing..
I've noticed a lot of people putting "Hinata solos" and "Tenten isn't needed".
If you count manga only Tenten has the best chance of the four to solo. Neither of the other girls have anything in their arsenal to avoid Tenten's rain of weapons. She's also the fastest kunoichi of her age group.
Obviously the OP is including filler. I think it's selfish that it seems as if other people are only counting Hinata's filler moves when they say "Hinata solos".
Counting filler, Tenten's Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction moves incredibly fast and covers a wide range of area, making it almost impossible to evade. There's also Exploding Dragon Strike, a flame dragon that explodes on impact. Hinata's own Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms is not going to help her versus those two moves (some of the weapons used in Heavenly Chain is very sharp and heavy compared to the small bees and lighter-weight kunai she used the Protection Palms on). Add that to Tenten being canonically faster than Hinata and it's more like "Tenten solos".
Lastly, Tenten's Summoning: Iron Protection Wall would be very useful in shielding both Tenten herself and her partner.
As for Ino being useless. The same thing again when using just canon (manga). Ino is now quicker at using the Mind Body Switch Technique and can even use Mind Clone Switch Technique to hit two targets at once. Unless the OP allows full knowledge from both sides, Hinata and Tenten aren't going to expect this. There's also Ino's improvement in Taijutsu.
As for anime, it adds Mind Body Disturbance into Ino's list of arsenal. A brief distraction is only needed and Ino will have immobilised Tenten and/or Hinata.
