When Tenten put the sealing items in the scroll she said she needed a cloud ninja to help use it. Then we find out that Bee is still alive after having the hachibi taken from him. Bee just happens to be from the cloud village and he is a jinchuriki who might be able to avoid the infinite tsukuyomi. It seems obvious that someone is going to use those items on Madara. So how is Bee unaffected? My theories are...
Jinchuriki won't be affected ( until Kishi proves me wrong) People might say that it would work on Naruto since Sasuke had to covered him but that still doesn't confirm if it would work on Naruto or not.
"But isn't Bee caught already?" Maybe he is for now, but I think the Hachibi will take over his body before he is wrapped up by the tree and snap him out of it. Tailed beast might be immune to the genjustsu, this could mean Sasuke and Naruto can still fight if they remain inside a beast form or susanoo.
