10 10 hated ? I don't know why would anyone hate such a sweet & funny character , she was never meant to be anything from the start , so why would people even hate on her , she is a cool character , only the power hungry children probably do .

As for Hinata goes , she gets the same amount of hate Sakura gets , it's the competition between the fanbases & with dumb people in each fanbase the hate toward those characters gets worst , for example Crystal Chakra right now & Kaguya having the Byakugan rustled some jimmies .

As a person, I have nothing against Sakura, aside from her lying to Naruto or attempting to kill sasuke; she has mnot dome anything morally questionable. Although she was a brat in the beginning.

As a character, she is great. powers are cool and design is appealing.

As a MAIN character, I don't like her. Her development in many areas, such as power, background, relevancy, character development etc are lacking

Do you know how shallow of an argument the following is:
They don't have any feats therefore they're weak.
You should understand that many of the feats are specific to a certain character.
For example, Neji vs Jirobou. Neji could break the webs using gentle fist. It's something that only he could do at that stage. Maybe Shino might have been able to do it but the point is that Jirobou's weakness was Neji's strength.

In a fight against the Animal Path, a sharingan user would fare best. Those dogs that seperate multiply themselves when hit could be negated by Amererasu and Kamui.

Kimimaro had a very strong bone structure, which is why Gaara could not crush him. Kimimaro's strength was a weakness to Gaara and Lee.

Imagine if Hinata had been present in the fight against Kakuzu, she would be able to tell that Kakuzu had other chakra entities on his back. Against Sasori, she would have been able to realize that Sasori is a living puppet.

Her strength was never pitted up against people that she could use it against. Instead she versus Pein, where her eyes are totally useless against Shinra Tensei.

I know that Hinata vs Guren is anime only but the point is that in that filler, she could use her strength against an opponent and it could become a feat. It doesn't count as a feat but the point is that if that situation were to happen, it would be one.

Although some feats like Shikamaru vs Hidan aren't strength vs weakness feats. Those can be fully credited. But be careful to disregard a char just because she hasn't been put in a strength vs weakness battle.

You're right,they both get the same level of hate.You just have to look for any Hina/Naru or Saku/Naru thread to see the hate both of them get.

In my earlier post. I said that some feats are a strength vs weakness. So some justu work on certain characters but not on others. You get standard justu's that might work in almost any situation like Kabuto's paralysis jutsu and then you get some that don't always work. This means you reach a lack of comparison of equal effect, which means that a feat only works in certain situations. Arguing using only feats has its advantage but at the same time has a disadvantage, when there's no comparison of equal effect.

1. Naruto (Bsm, not sure about currently)

10. Hinata
11. Kiba
12. Tenten
13. Ino (more useful than most on here though)

But eventuallt, I believe it will be like this once they grow up:

1. Naruto (barely above sasuke)

3. Sakura
4. Lee (not 8th gate)
5. Hinata (like Hiashi)
6. Choji
7. Shikamaru
8. Sai
9. Neji (at his death)

I think Hinata is pretty awesome. When Naruto needed help against Pain she stood up to him. It was one of my favorite moments.

None of them are useless, they truly don't have a role in this manga.

Sasuke, Naruto, Obito, and Madara are the only important ones atm. Obito's usefulness to plot is slowly leaving. Hashirama, Kakashi, Minato, and Gaara are actually the closes to being relevant to the plot.

It's one of the main reason people have dislike Shippuden.
