They have the potential to awaken Tenseigan w/o needing to steal anyone's eyes, that's enough to say the KKG is part of their bloodline. All they need is Ootsutsuki chakra.

No. They are only descendants of Hamaru who posses the Byakugan and is an Ōtsutsuki. If they can enter Tensigan without "prep", it would make them direct descendants of Kaguya and not Hamaru. Similar to Rinnegan. By combining both chakra's - represented by blood in this case - one can achieve Tenseigan.

Hinata never obtained hamura's chakra she only adopted his TYOE of chakra, otherwise solo cage wouldn't have contained her :leaf: on the topic of you agree that the tenseigan is a kekkei genkai for hyuugas then you should also agree that the rinnegan is a kekkei genkai for uchihas exclusively as well and vise versa of you don't believe then the latter becomes null as well tenseigan is fodder anyway, BM manhandled that eye not even RM :leaf:
