At last, the Byakugan got justice by somewhat bringing its level to MS/Rinnegan. One thing that bothers me, though, is the fact that Tenseigan alone grants the user chakra mode, something that a Bijuu grants a Jin, bringing his powers to an unbelievable level. Next to that, it also has similar abilities to Rinnegan which makes it deadly and even deadlier. So Rinnegan abilities plus chakra mode. Can Tenseigan be superior to Rinnegan/MS?

To be fair, it also takes some complications to get the Rinnegan. It's obviously a lot easier than to get Tenseigan though.

Obviously, it has some other method of being unlocked due to Hamura also unlocking it. I belive it's Hyuga + Ootsutsuki = Tenseigan.

also, it has telekinesis and TSB and grants access to all 5 elements.

We still don't know a whole lot about the Dojutsu, but note that it also depends on the user. As I said numerous times it doesn't matter if you have the Tenseigan and you're up against a very experienced Rinnegan user, obviously the experienced Rinnegan user is going to win.

Even though it was disproved, I still believe they are equal in power. Hamura and Hagoromo weren't more powerful than the other.

First of all you need senju DNA to even unlock the rinnegan if you were to be Uchiha as stated in Madara's case.

You digressed quite a bit. I only addressed the fact that Tenseigan grants the user chakra mode, something that only a Jin with a Bijuu has. Which is amazing in itself. The experience and the overall ability of a user aren't the issue here.
