Can someone explain this eye to me the wiki said toneri awakened it after he combined all the byakugans and they tenseigan grants him his chakra mode but in the clip I saw he was in the chakra mode before the eyes started attaching to him so can someone please explain to me they eye it's abilities if you've seen it the chakra mode the abilities the green chakra mode grants and how that mode is linked to the tenseigan by the way since hinata gave hanabi back her eyes that toneri took away does that mean that hanabi has the tenseigan or did toneri lose the tenseigan before hanabi got her eyes back and how can you awaken the tenseigan
