Otsutsuki chakura = Naruto and Hinata have Hamura and Hagoromo chakura inside them remember? << any otsutsuki born with chakura

byakugan from main house of hyuga = Boruto still fodder if he still not awaken his byakugan, Himawari takes this. <<this is the prime requirement
