i just watched the movie and IMO tenseigan is some badass sh1t. Can we say that the movie is canon? living in the moon, etc etc.

Kishimoto said that The Last is canon, but there are still some people here saying that is filler (Tenseigan, Toneri everything). Hope Kishimoto brings some Toneri/moon stuff in Boruto: Naruto the Movie or in this new spinoff manga to make this clear.

Movie is canon however it does have inconsistencies that contradict the manga. Shame that hamura received nothing from the manga, no explanation just hagos bro for sealing his mom.

The movie was in production since 2012. That alone should solidify the fact that kishi had planned eeverything that happened since then.
