Tensei vs Jutsu

I know it will sound like a dumb question to people here but I was wondering.....what's the difference between a Tensei and a Jutsu?

I'm pretty sure tensei refers to the planes of life and death. It's not a different type of attack or anything. It's just the term for it.

Tensei are also jutsu but are considered on a whole different level then ordinary jutsu

Tensei has to do with Nature or Reincarnation and well you know jutsu....

Tensie(S) were particulary The gods jutsu's (SOT6P) And can only be acheived by the rinnegan and the user has to contain a lot of amount of (chakra) to preserve these (Excluding EDO TENSIE) the most chakra draining is the (CAHIBAKU TENISIE) Also seen in the Anime episode "Planetery devestator"

Tensei is just a common end to the name of ninjutsu. I think it means reincarnation.

Example: Chiyo used tensei to revive gaara

Nagato used tensei to revive the village
