[Question] Tensa Zangetsu?

It was recently revealed that Old Man Zangetsu is actually the source of Ichigio's quincy powers and that Old Man Zangetsu is supposed to be Juha Bach 1000 years ago.

So if that's the case, then who's Tensa Zangetsu and why did he look younger? Is he what Juha Bach looked like when he was a teenager?

and also....does this mean we've never seen/heard the true soul of Ichigo's Bankai?

Maybe Juha and Yamamoto where friends when they where little and that's what Juha looked like when he was a kid...I don't really know why though.

I don't know for sure, but I think that white Hollow Ichigo represents his Hollow powers, young Juha Bach represents his Quincy powers and together they represent his Shinigami powers, or something like that.
