Ok, So since mods are like. Stalking my training links as if Im a senpai.. smh
Ill explain the jutsu, and If you have problems or question. Ask me. If not. You learnt it Via Teaching

-This jutsu can only be done in rain
- The user will pull the rain thats falling to form an dome of water made from rain around the several meters
- The user will then do several (Or 1. I forgot) handseals, And shoot off pebbles AKA Rain drops at very high speeds from the dome. The Water that is shoot off is from the water dome.
-It Is shot from all directions

Advantages:
-This can serve as a defensive technique to fire techniques
- It Shoots off from a 180 degree angle. Hitting everything in a 180 degree angle. This is very useful against an ambush, or multiple enemies at once

Disadvantages:
-Each Individual water pebble wouldnt be that strong tbh. B rank AT BEST
-The preperation for this is a bit long..

Description: This is a very advance water jutsu. The User can only do this while its raining. The user will do 3 handseals while its raining, causing the rain to form a water dome around him about 6 meters wide in both width and height. Stopping all the rain from coming into the user area. As the dome of rain is complete. The user will do the tiger handseal, causing water size pebbles to shot out from all directions of the rain dome very fast with piercing strength. Once the rain bullet/pebbles have shot off, the water dome disperse

Note: Cant Use S Rank Water and Rain For the same and next turn
Note: Cant Use Water Jutsu in the same turn as this
Note: Can only use A rank Rain for 3 turns after use
Note: Can only use once
