tell me what is lightning in the narutoverse and how is it used? what is its weakness and strength?

Lightning is weak against water because water conducts electricty
Its strong against Earth because its the only element that has a strong enuf and sharp enough force to break a earth element. also if the rocks have mineral (metal) it conduct it easier

Lightning is the 3rd strongest (Earth, then fire) 2nd most destructive. (fire) and the fastest

lightning is rarley use for a defensive. but can be used as a boost (Raikage)

also most lightning jutsus require a charge b4 use

and i assume that lightning is weak against wind because unlike water,and fire lightning has no force behind it just staright travel and destucrution, there for wind can travel through lightning making it nonvoid

xdlol...alright, water is not weak against lightning but does conduct it making it more destructive...now it's weak against wind because wind is able to disperse the lightning chakra cancelling out the lightning jutsu...

Ok sensei

*I once again start meditating. molding my chakra very thin ,fast, and forceful. i then rub my chakra together like rocks . as i do this i get my right hand and channel all of that chakra to my right hand to cause a minor spark*

*I start to do the process over but use my left hand. but i feel something diffrent this time. i circulate my chakra insted of rubbn them together causing a swiftness in my chakra leading to my left hand. causing a shroud of sparks around my hand*
