The Tendogan (literally meaning: Destined Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Hyuga clan. It is characterized by a blue pupil surrounded by a blue and white flower-like iris. It, much like the Tenseigan of the Otsutsuki Clan, is a direct evolution of the Byakugan, acting in a similar fashion to the Uchiha's Sharingan evolution. The Tendogan is exclusive to the Hyugan Clan, occurring as a natural evolution of the Byakugan rather than through the use of the energy vessel used by the Otsutsuki. The Tendogan allows for access to different abilities more in line with the original Byakugan. .

- Allows the user to gain perfect 360 degree vision by the complete removal of the weak spot of the Byakugan
- The Tendogan gains unparalleled telescopic sight, able to see up to 4 Landmarks away, the ability to perceive the souls of opponents and spiritual entities with perfect clarity, and the ability to gaze into other dimensions.
- Grants the user the ability to make the effects of Jyuken Techniques become permanent.
- Grants the wielder Divine Step Twin God Fists, which is a direct upgrade to Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists, that increases the potency and power of Jyuken techniques.
- Tendogan wielders gain an increase of +2 Bonus BODY AP when they activate the Tendogan unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply. Tendogan based attacks will utilize the BODY Attribute for damage.
Restrictions:
- Requires, at minimum, Chunin rank and 15,000 Kumi.
- After one month, activation of the Tendogan becomes passive.
