you never created mud of any kinda, therefore you cannot make the mud dragon to carry you out of the tar, and since you are still in the tar you would not use Dragon Flame bullet or Fire flower because it would ignite the tar.

That wasnt the problem with the missing move. If that's all there was I would most definatly let you redo . The problem was the mud dragon. there was no mud to make the mud dragon, therefore no escape. I explained everything in my response to your move. Since this is a tournament, I had to capitalize. It was a good fight
