Depends on two things:

1) starting distance. If they start close, hinata has a massive advantage, if they start far, ten ten has a massive advantage.

2) If hinata can use kaiten (which I do not believe she has been shown to do) then she wins. However, without kaiten, I don't see how she avoids ten-ten's massive weapon spam, or high-powered elemental attacks.


That being said, if they start relatively far and hinata can't use kaiten, then ten-ten wins. Other than that, Hinata wins.

Ten ten would wear her down and keep her distance to attack... I mean its only her speciality. She could best hinita from a distance starting point. Also she uses the double dragon scroll... hinita can avoid it the first time around but ten ten can immediately attack again right after that with the same weapon s... hitting the opening the protective trigrams leave
