Nah, I don't think so. Ino is an integral partner of the epic Inoshikacho trio and Sakura can do more than summon weapons from scrolls.

Because I would trust my life in the hands of someone who can only summon ninja weapons from a scroll. She doesn't have extra-ordinary strength, she's not a medical ninja, her taijutsu sucks, she doesn't have a doujutsu, she can't take over someone's mind, she can't poison people, etc... Ten-ten is the worst character out of all of the K11

I think all four girls are decent in their own right, even though I don't like Sakura.

Ino is a part of the great Ino-Shika-Cho formation
Tenten has deadly accuracy with weapons like Gai said. She can hit the same target 100/100 times.
Hinata is a hyuuga and has come a long way despite being one of the least talented in her clan initially.
Sakura is smart and crafty, plus has good chakra control.

Hmm honestly... I don't know.

Sakara has raw brute strength that's about it in combat, but she is one of the best medical ninja.
Tenten...COULD be good but Kishi decided to never give her any character development.

Hell Konohamaru has had more character development. And sadly I think he can beat Tenten. He basically took out a Pain.
