Ten tails vs Death god (Shinigami)

Who do you think would win if the death god /shinigami were to be pitted against the ten tails (final form) or somebody used the Reaper death seal against it ,to cut it into smaller chakra pieces ..What do you think ?

If someone is using RDS on it, then they need to have a chakra tug of war with it. Only people we know can do that with the juubi is Obito and Madara.

Minato and Hiruzen were unable to complete the reaper death seal ,beacuse they were already out of chakra.Minato had flown the huge kyubi(Which required chakra proportional to the kyubi's size) and Hiruzen had just sealed the 1st and 2nd using it.I think the death god would have a good chance against juubi .Perhaps it was the technique Six paths used to split ten tails in the first place ?
