- Has both horns of the same size (which disproves why Obito didn't have both horns of the same size due the lack of Rinnegan, since Madara also has just one Rinnegan)

- Has... white hair?

- The symbols in his back are now exactly like the Sage's

- His cape is 'flaming', just like Naruto's KCM

- His staff doesn't hold Rings, interesting

- Tomoes near his neck, like the Sage

- The staff has the same properties as Obito's staff for now, since it's impaling his left hand.

Anything more to add?

PS: He just went off flying. It seems he is going to get the last part of the Juubi: Minato's Yin Chakra. The author notes in last page talks about Madara vs Kakashi (so my bet is that Kakashi will be defending Minato so the Hokage can save Naruto from death).
