Theory
It's been believe by people that Ten-Tails hosts are completely immune to regular chakra, but this has been repeatedly contradicted in the manga itself. It could be arguable that they are slightly tolerant, but that in itself can only be considered an argument to comfort the fact they aren't completely immune. I'll be commentating on multiple phenomina in chronological order.
The statement in question: "Ten-Tails hosts are only affected by senjutsu."
Before explaining the events in the manga, it should first be understood how they are able to negate chakra, and that is because of a Yin-Yang Style technique applied to Truth-Seeking Spheres. The technique is not applicable to anything else, including their own body.

Proof
Here, Obito openly avoids Amaterasu. There'd be absolutely no reason to avoid it if his body would erase all of its matter like the Truth-Seeking Sphere did on the same page. Of course this isn't solid evidence at all, but it is a supporting event.

In the first picture, Naruto and Sasuke initiated a regular attack against Obito and we can openly see that he is healing from it. The exact same healing and sound effect can be seen in the second image, when Naruto uses a Sage technique. You might be asking then, why didn't the first image show more damage? That is because the time in-between the hit and when we were shown was enough to heal from it. Even from the second attack, it only took one page to heal, as shown on the third page.
To add on to the previous topic, it should also be noted that Obito seemingly tried to negate the effects of the attack in the second image. The Truth-Seeking Sphere that was initially in front of the smoke from regeneration is, in the final panel, behind the smoke, making it seem as if it moved to the injury.

This is one of the more substantial proofs against the idea. Obito has just finished protecting himself from the four Tailed Beast Bombs he initiated. What does that tell us? If he weren't protected, he would have been badly injured. We can tell they didn't have Sage chakra because the Truth-Seeking Spheres were not damaged or interrupted in any way, while in the second image Obito's strongest defense was broken through by only nine Giant Rasengans. This is undeniable evidence to Obito being prone to injury by chakra other than Sage chakra.

On the following two pages, we can see Sasuke attempting to injury a Ten-Tails host without Sage chakra. In one attempt he is successful, and in the second, the opponent had to flee in order to avoid being damaged.

Some people may argue against the previous topic by saying Sasuke was using Six Paths Sage chakra. This is incorrect. It is a proven fact that Sasuke's Lightning Style turns black when nature energy is infused in it. This is further proven by how Sasuke tells Naruto to infuse his attack with Sage power, and then on the next page states himself that he will use the same Sage power.
