Ten tails Host SOSP, rest of top 5 naruto characters in dragon ball verse

Hello guys, I am wondering how strong could be these guys mentioned by me in tittle in dragon ball verse, so I would like to hear your opinions.

Top 5 mentioned by me are in order: Currrent Obito, Edo Madara, Hashirama BSM Naruto and Fully healthy Nagato with speed before Hanzo burnt Nagato's legs.

Restrictions: the lowest level is 22 rd budokai Goku/Tenshinhan and the highest possible level is Nappa from begining of Dbz, also NO Genjutsu is allowed.

My own guesses could be following:

Ten tails(100% final form) host SOSP would be on par with Raditz
Ten tails Host Obito would be on par with picoolo jr at the begining of dbz
Edo Madara would on par with Kami
Hashirama would be on par with Mr. Popo
BSM Naruto would be on par with Young King Picoolo
healthy Nagato with mobility would be on par with 22rd budokai goku/tenshinhan

Ok, so that is my list. Now please keep in mind following informations:
1) Ten tails host Sosp's power was based by me on Current Obito adding Kurana and Gyuuki + mastery over Rinnengan also everything enhanced with senjutsu
2) Noone of character is actually edp tensei. By edo Madara I meant Rinnengan living Madara with Senjuu and Uchiha Dna body.

Now, please not troll(that why I set restrictions):
No post like "Roshi solos due to moon busting feat"
No post like "Farmer with gun solos"
etc.

Please try to be honest and not biased and remember about restrictions

How you can say DBZ and then mentions Prime Roshi ?, this is simpe stupid. Roshi was in his Pime age before even part 1 dragon ball began, he was far from being prime even in the begining of dbz. lol

But I wanted to compare it under fair and interesting conditions, not with using magic, genjutsu and other hax as this could only make it cheaper...

However I think you overrated SOSP a little even I don't think he could pass Nappa level... Most likely on par with Raditz or little stronger.

Sage could MAYBE fight Raditz.

However I think that Juubito could be on par with Picoolo Jr./Goku from the begining of dbz(Raditz saga) but only when he unleash his 100% power... in opposite to playing around as Obito is doing so far
