Almost everyone treat Roshi moon busting feat as outlier because even KP later was shown incapable of Moon busting so Roshi should blow him to dust at any chance but he couldn't. It is outlier because it allowed Akira to advance his story forward so most of people consider it as plot device... in similiar manner as introduction of Yata Mirror and Totsuka Blade which went away after Itachi's death...

Yajirobe has no way to beat Madara who is easily around this power level, besides Madara can fly and use long range attacks while Yajirobe can not reach him (Madara won't stay in same place too long) also Yajirobe can only fight in close range so imo he looses.

Raditz is good match for Current Madara.

Master Roshi moon busting feat was stated as outlier as he was incapable later to pull same feat which could save his ass and others against King Picollo for example.

KP who Roshi considered as invincible was only capable of City busting and it took a lot of him...

IMO with CIS, PIS off Current Madara is at least BOZ Goku/Picollo level...

Raditz is debetable and this is Current Madara without hax or genjutsu, juch pure physcial stats and destructive powers and endurance, speed etc.

Current Madara would close to 1000 power level units...maybe higher
