Rikudo Sennin wins with ease. His Rinnegan techniques alone are on another scale than any of Obito's jutsu let alone adding in the Juubi's power.

He beat the 10 tails once, and if Obito cannot use Kamui it's all over. With Kamui, Obito might win. Problem is Sage had the power of a God, plus two Rinnegan. Obito's only trump card is being an evil ****. Gotta give this one to the Sage.
