Hidan has been noted to be very proficient in taijutsu as well. He could wield his three blade scythe with ease and could be used as a short or long distance weapon. For Neji he will constantly keep him away giving him no chance to do his Hyuga thing. For Rock Lee he would do the same. The Gates would be Rock Lee's trump card which will do nothing since Hidan is immortal. Once either is caught in the Jujutsu: Shiji Hyōketsu it is game over.
