Now before you flame and ask "Why are you taking away her power, what about Naruto Kybui, or Sasuke's Sharingan Blah Blah Blah" note that there is a difference.

Those are all abilities, this is a tool. There is no such thing as "Fan Release" and before you bring up puppets they are a style of jutsu on their own "Secret Red Style, Secret Black style for example"

Now my question is: Do you guys think Temari would be a Jounin level Wind Style user without her fan?

I think the fan just supports her jutsu. Ive never heard of anything being special about it.Its a tool all shinobi use tools.

Take out Samehada to kisame and see if he is that strong. Seven swordsmen also. Akamaru for Kiba, etc Temari trained with her tool and she can summon it everytime. It's her fighting style. We don't know what would have happen if she didn't had that. Maybe she would have had another fighting style

With no fan whose to say she wouldn't be a badass puppet user? But no, I doubt she'd be as strong as she is without her fan. Probably weaker than Asuma.

If she didn't have her fan I'm sure she would find another way to power up. Maybe she'd focus on wind style jutsus that don require her fan.

If she didnt had a fan, she would have concentrated on her other powers and specialized it . . . U know we all can do math, phy, che etc but we can practice and be best at one subject and if that subject is taken away we can still do other subjects but improve in them as we dont have to the cancelled subject.

It is not impossible to cast wind release jutsus without a fan. For someone who is hyped as one of the strongest wind release users ever, it would be an epic fail if she can't cast wind jutsus without help from a tool. I do agree that it would be a lot weaker and she'd probably be low jounin or high chunin level ninja but I'd like to see her use a wind jutsu without her fan to be sure.
