Temari vs Third Raikage

After we saw the latest manga, temari and the squad manage to defeat the 3rd raikage. The question is who would win if they were fighting all out one on one.

The raikage has lightning armour. We already seen that the fourth raikage (his son) speed, physical strength and tech has much destructive power, so we could assume that the third has it too since he is A's father (whom maybe he taught to do it). And let's not forget about the Black lightning.

Temari has a wind affinity as her elemental which is the weakness of the lightning. And also her wind tech is large scale tech since she is using the surrounding wind by the fan.

Now who do you think would win???

No it's not a joke. i found her interesting because all the wind tech she has might be troublesome for the raikage (since wind is lightning weaknesses

with her lvl of wind jutsu long rang attacks and rank, she still cant overwhelm a kage, the 3rd is similar to A, the 3rd uses raiton armour, and im guessing taijutsu. i can also say his speed would also be a factor in this fight.

since he uses the same lightning style armour that enhances his nervous system, and also his Nintaijutsu, im sure you can see why people consider his speed, and remember in the war he is fighting a army, not just temari.
