Blah before I would have went with my girl Temari for both scenarios.
However with with the slug new found ablities and size I will have to say Temari only wins one.
Without the summons Temar wins the match up.
With summon Sakura wins the match up.
First Sakura will summon in some way ,more of the slug then usally suggested. With Tsuande (in manga)help she can summon 1/10 of the slug from the hidden forest. Now she could do 1/10 with Tsuande and it is that is big. Now think about half of that by herself, still bigger than the regular size slug summon. However, lets just say she went went the normal size for this vs match- slug

With that being said. Temari and her kamatari has up hill battle being fought. For one Sakura has Yin Seal pumping charka back into her body battling these two. Then for one she is standing on the summon which can also heal her if need be. But really she can just go inside the summon part while the majority of it stays huge on the battlefield.
What is Temari going to do? She is going to use her fan ,if so Sakura just punches rock upward to defend herself. So Temari go will have to use her summon which needs to use it weapon to slice through the rock and get to Sakura. But the probable is the slug spits acid from it's mouth. The Acid would probable fly back towards the slug and Sakura, but the thing is Sakura is protected by the slug outer body frame on hera nd the acid is not killing the slug nor her. The weasel summon will still have to hit the slug which would probable have the acid on it. Hurting Temari summon more than helping Temari situation.
