The same argument comes for Temari all the time OH Sakura can't gets close she's a close range fighter.
Sakura has a decent mark in the speed department meaning she is no slug when it comes to speed
A medical ninja is is of no use if she can't dodge Sakura is a master at evasive fighting,training with Tsunade for 3 years.
Her Skill of Evasion coupled with her decent Speed makes her a extremely capable dodger.
Sakura also has extremely amazing analyses skill being able to read and analyze patterns of a S-Rank criminal when a experienced fighter like Chiyo couldn't.
