It should be noted that Temari is leagues above his level, but this is a bad match-up. Due to the Byakugan, Neji can see the fuutons thus he can always act in time ( dodge or use rotation ). Eventually he can close the distance and use 64 palms to deal with Temari.

So a hypothetical Temari after the ending of Shippuden loses to War Arc Neji low difficulty, according to clowns who haven't even given a good reason for me to believe Neji wins against War Arc Temari, let alone stomp a future more powerful Temari.

Given the distance, location and intel i see temari starting this off with her Sickle Weasel technique given her intelligence. She knows its game over if she gets blindsided by neji.

Having byakugan neji wouldve already been aware of this and would use rotation to parry any blades or trees coming his way.

Covering the distance of 40m would be childsplay for neji as even as a genin an while severely injured he could dash to a greater distance before CM2 Kidomaru could even react in the slightest
