It took for temari to destroy a fraction of a forest for me to realize, there's no way they are touching her in long range, I think tenten tried that lol. Then again, Neji and Hinata are presumably faster then ten ten by what I see. And I'm not sure but even if the hyugas were able to hide I till don't think she won't level the area.

With a 25 meter distance I'd say Neji can potentially blow her fan away with Air Palm. That's assuming Temari can't get back quick enough and get a strong blow to create some distance. If she gets some distance, she can win.

On the contrary, Shikamaru was able to pressure Temari to the point where she could barely swing her fan. Air Palm requires simply a thrusting motion of the arm, while Temari's Fuuton require her to swing her fan completely.
