Without Intel I lean more towards hidan but temari can sill possibly take it.

Temari with the use of her can still go airborne sort of by gliding on her fan.

So hidan getting hits on her won't be as easy and also taking into account shes a long range fighter. Honestly all her wind techniques are capable of shredding hidan to bits.

Hmmm i'd say Temari might be a pretty bad match up for Hidan. He'll have some trouble getting in close range without sustaining some major damage. Nevertheless I think Hidan takes at least the first 2, cause while Hidan is a relatively slow character, Temeri is even slower!!

Therefore i'd say he manages to beat her in the first 2, but he'll take some major damage and i'll probably be high diff.

And her techs would probably would be enough to keep him at bay or slice. Even if he aquires blood (somehow); he would have to get stationary that means he would be an easier target for Temari.
