I believe that deidaras clay techniques are earth based and therefore weak to wind attacks. However, Temari is less powerful than deidara, so she may have a chance at winning.

tbh deidara doesnt even need c2 or above for this if he held gaara for a while with just using c1 im pretty sure deidara can beat temari with just c1
