At 100 m Temari is almost unstoppable so of course Temari. Darui is overall better than Temari but Darui is a horrible match up against Temari. Also at this range Temari can beat almost anyone (without extreme speed or defence).

Why are you using mythology to back your argument because it sucks. Genii is right, most of Darui's jutsus will be neutralized by Temari's wind. Also at the given range, none of Darui's attacks will reach Temari but Temari's attacks can reach Darui.

Those attacks of hers also spread out over a wide distance.
