Temari VS Chiyo

Starting Conditions: Temari starts with her fan open and Chiyo starts with all ten puppets.

Since I don't know much about Lady Chiyo but there are people who say she wins, I'd like them to post their arguments in a complete way posting manga scans so I can remember what they are talking about. Although I don't see how Temari loses as she can blow away Chiyo's attacks and slice her puppets with relative ease.

Projectile usage is a not the best thing to used against Temari as seen in Tenten vs Temari (ok Tenten is obviously not Chiyo but just saying)

Plus stamina is on Temari's side; but i don't know much about Chiyo's puppets; normally puppets can be clogged in or out from many locations like Kankuro's; that's why maybe cutting them does not cause much of dysfunctioning; rather things like brute force (ex Sakura's punch) that would crumble to pieces are the ones that are handy.

With Chiyo's 10 puppets, she can attack from a very wide range. Her Three Jewels technique sucks in attacks so that will do her no good and her sealing tech won't be able to get through the Fuuton.

I mean overall Chiyo is stronger, but I can't see Chiyo actually breaking through Temari's fuuton. Chiyo is lacking the fire power here
