Your now assuming she can convert enough chakra into electricity to effectively neutralize something that large.
And, that's without getting attacked by any of the other Paths whilst fending off the dogs or getting hit by the dogs.

She's incredibly strong, but Pein can put massive amounts of pressure on her with ease.

Considering it took a long time for the ASF to beat 100k Zetsu clones, I don't think Temari alone can beat 10k but she could probably beat 1000 of them.
