Temari kage level?

Nah she's jounin level. I don't see anything particularly special about her to put her on that kage mark. I love the character though.

She's probably the second strongest person in suna though so if gaara were to die it would probably her as the next kazekage because theres noone else good i can think of.

Not really, Madara is a katon user so it wouldn't be in Temari's best interest to contribute in that fight because it would not only be a waste of chakra but also a detriment to the alliance when Madara uses the fuuton to his advantage.

OT: Temari is definitely high jounin level and can take on low kage level characters and possibly beat them.

She could easily fool him.
