If you did a good work...That might be the fact, though I hope you don't mind me adding some things.
The text is right in the edge of the Sig, which makes me kinda cringe, you could have tried some other position for it. Now, the background doesn't look bad, but to my eye, there is a lot going on. I would suggest to have something just a little more plain, so we can have a moment of peace, and not the constant feeling of fractals, C4D's and sparks. The colors are nice, but for my taste. might be just a puny bit too vibrant, but I have a very different opinion on that, so that can't be called a problem at all. Everything else seems fairly nice.
