Teleportation using Kamui contemplation

I kind of wondered whenever Obito would use his Kamui to teleport somewhere, if he would suck himself into the other dimension then suck himself out wherever he wants. Or, whether he travels from location to another, without going into the other dimension. Just curious, for from what we see in the anime/manga, the only function of Kamui allows you to travel only to the other dimension.

Let me know what're thoughts are!

We already know Obito can teleport back to basically wherever he wants or is aware of. He appears before Sasuke twice, and saves him at Kage summit without any of the sensors detecting him. He also infiltrates Konoha during the 9 tails attack and numerous times to spy on Kakashi...

i think he means does hit just teleport directly to another place, or does he go the kamui dimmension first. i think he goes to the dimension first

His teleportation seems instantaneous. He can materialize wherever he chooses quicker than zetsu at least 10km distance.

Thing is, that he doesn't become Intangible nor does he dematerialize. In the manga, it says that he teleports certain parts of his body, making him seem intangible. But, perhaps, he has to dematerialize to teleport. However, it looks like he sucks himself in, rather then dematerializing. There's really not enough known to make speculation.
