Teleportation & Space-Time ninjutsu difference

This is for those who did not know. Before chapter 700

Teleportation is high speed movement (Chapter 395 page 9). This high speed can be equivalent to the speed of light or greater depending on the user. Haku used Catoptric Teleportation because he used mirror reflections traveling at a speed equivalent to the speed of light. Body flicker is a another high speed movement from all the things I've read it can be light speed or FTL.

Teleportation users: Shisui "the teleporter", Raikage (4th & 3rd), Sasuke, Minato, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Hashirama and friends

Space-Time Ninjutsu is instant. There are S-T techniques that are faster than each other like FTG>Kamui. Kaguya's and Sasuke's are instant from feats along with others. There is no high speed movement involved.

S-T known users: Kaguya, Sasuke, Obito, Minato, Tobirama and others

I put Hashirama and Hiruzen as known users of the Body flicker technique because they got there at the same time as Tobirama. (Battlefield arrival)

Note: A technique is only as strong as the user if the user is advance or proficient with a technique they exceed to higher levels than the norm.

FTG and Kamui are both Space-time ninjutsus, HOWEVER teleportation is like Ay's Lightning armour.
