So onto this part of training, I don't need you to explain to me what PoR is, rather just read up on it. Once you've read up on it, I want you to try and up your own Resistance by focusing on your chakra at its core. This, when you look at the chakra circulatory system, is the central spiral network of chakra paths thats surrounds your chakra source, normally located in your abdomen. When you focus on it, you need to visualize a growing yellow and warm aura, spreading from your core, outwards towards your skin. Its this focus and this will that will make your chakra passively aggressive towards pathogens and most natural toxins and infectious diseases. This chakra is invisible to the naked eye and doesn't go beyond the users skin. However, doujutsu might see the aura growing and expanding from the medical ninjas core.

Give it a shot.

Thanks for taking over Nathy.

Feitan starts off by gathring up chakra whilst concentrating; especially concentrating the majority of it at its core. From the abdomen, which is the place of central spiral network of chakra paths, massive amounts of chakra supplies will divide into numerous branches which go to the skin and be passive agressive to any toxin or poision or infectious diseases which may be effecing Feitan. Meanwhile this was happening, Feitan was vizualizing a yellow and warm chakra that was going towards his skin. With these two tasks being completed, Feitan had finally increased his natural resistance towards any threat.

Thanks Sensei

Trunks stands with his eyes closed and focuses on his chakra. He focuses on the inner most pool of chakra in his abdomen and all of the surrounding circulatory system, willing chakra that could be described as having a warm feeling radiate outward from this spot. While it is excreting, Trunks focuses of the aggressiveness of the chakra on a minute level, to the point that it natural starts to kill the bacteria and other microrganizisms that could be harmful by forming a protective layer of chakra around himself. Satisfied that he has increased his resistance, Trunks nods to his teacher and fellow student.
