im a teenager and please hear me out:
the news these days is focused mostly on teenagers because we are the generation which will either save or destroy the environment , we have a lot more pressures than our elders e.g. to "live up to your ridiculous standards","to clean up your mess e.g. destroying the environment","improving on technology almost at its pinicle anyways" , and you talk as if were pathetic...
this pic was only meant for comical reasons , not many students would say that to a teacher face to face , ever heard of a meme?
yeah that is a good example of one.
we may seem to behave worse in news stories , but because were always the focus of attention as the "next generation of adults" as seen in your eyes , therefore teenagers get more news coverage and are more likely to be in horrible stories on crime etc. the same proportion of your generations would commit crimes etc. in your generation , you didnt get the coverage because adults of the 70s and 80s thought of you as inferior (due to age and life experience) and therefore not as important or crucial as teenage folk are seen today.
